Returns/Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us a photo of what is wrong within 4 days of receiving your package from USPS. Please send tracking information with your return. Once received, we will inspect and issue a store credit if the item is in the same condition as when we sent it out. We only do cash refunds if we have made a mistake on your order. Each piece that is ordered is printed on demand and customized to each customers specific needs. We do not refund shipping costs or send return shipping labels, that is the responsibility of the buyer to handle those costs. Items cannot be cut/used in order to qualify for a return.

Can I combine my orders and save on shipping?
I do not combine orders as this causes delays in shipping for other customers. If you would like to save on shipping, we do offer free shipping on domestic orders over $99.

Custom orders:
We love custom orders!  Please message me and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Please keep in mind that all custom orders are final. There will be no refunds or store credits, no exceptions. Custom orders will not be made until the buyer has paid in full. If you would like proofs of your custom pieces, additional charges will apply.

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped through USPS, please send me an email if you would like a different carrier. Because we print in house, this does take a little longer than simply cutting a piece from a hide. We work as fast as we can to get your orders out, please be patient! Our processing times are 5-8 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends. If you need your package sooner, please add the “Rush my order” listing to your cart.
If you have trouble with your package, while it’s in transit, please contact your post office. I am not responsible for packages once they leave Leather and Cork Co. If you would like insurance on your order, please purchase priority! We are not responsible for packages if they are lost, damaged or stolen. Please send us an email if you need help regarding shipping.

If you’d like your package sent via FedEx or UPS, please send us an email at Helloleatherandcorkco@gmail.com  BEFORE you place your order.

Order Cancelation:
Because we print on demand when orders are placed, we do not accept cancelations. If you have a problem with an order, please email me at hello@leatherandcorkco@gmail.com

Damaged/defective items:
Please note*** photos of packages are taken before they are sent to ensure the best quality! If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify me and send photos within 72hrs of confirmed delivery by USPS. After 72hrs all orders are final, no exceptions. Items cannot be cut/used in order to qualify for a refund.

Custom/Import Taxes/Duty Fees:
Buyer is responsible for all fees/taxes and any additional charges that may apply to your order. If you have questions, please contact us before you place your order and we will be happy to help!
